2) Out of Klang Valley and International Deliveries are currently  not available for online ordering. If you wish to arrange for one, please do not hesitate to call us at 603-2095 1693, fax us at 603-2094 9005 or visit our outlet.

 

3) Delivery Time

All orders received before 2pm from Mondays to Saturdays (Malaysian Time GMT+8.00) will be delivered on the same day unless otherwise specified.

All orders received after 2pm from Mondays to Saturdays (Malaysian Time GMT+8.00) and All orders received on Sundays will be delivered on the next working day unless otherwise specified.

Should the delivery date fall on a Malaysian Public Holiday, the delivery will be made on the next working day unless otherwise specified.

 

4) Deliveries during Peak Season

Our peak seasons refer to festive events, ie. Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Deepavali and Christmas to name a few.

And due to the higher traffic of orders during these special events, CherPinkFlower.com would like to encourage you to place your orders for loved ones at least two(2) working days in advance to alllow us to make necessary arrangements for flowers chosen and delivery time arrangements.

 

5) What happens if the recipient is not at the place of delivery during delivery time?

Normally, CheriPinkFlower.com will call the recipient and arrange for delivery on the day of delivery. However, if the recipient is not at the place of delivery during delivery time we will

  • Contact the recipient and make necessary arrangements
  • Contact the sender and make necessary arrangements
  • In the occasion both sender and recipient cannot be contacted, CheriPinkFlower.com will leave the flowers/gift at the receptionist/mailing room/guard house if the recipient is just temporarily away from the place of delivery  (temporarily , in reference to away for period of not longer than twelve(12) hours from the time of delivery at the place of delivery)
  • If both sender and recipient cannot be contacted, and the recipient will be away for more than twelve(12)hours from the time of delivery at the place of delivery, CheriPinkFlower.com will leave a note for either recipient to pick up from our outlet or arrange for a re-delivery.
  • Re-deliveries will be charged at a rate of twenty (20)percent of the ordering value.Re-delivery will only be carried out with the consent of the sender and orders pending re-delivery will only be re-delivered once the re-delivery payment is remitted.

6) Extra Charges

All re-delivery charges and cancellation charges are to be borne by the sender unless otherwise arranged.

Total extra payment for a re-delivery order is (20%)Price of order

7) Return/ Refund

 

Products sold are not refundable or returnable.
